That looks like you are logged into Tapatalk, but not the forum itself. Cancel from that screen and on the top right pull down you should be able to enter your forum credentials to gain access.

You should be able to, that is where Elf's TR was at that you commented on. Be sure you are logged in when going to look for it, which is obvious, but the only reason you wouldn't see it.
I will have to dig around in the settings on the back end. I don't think a user can change notifications. Thanks for
