It was definitely easier at last year's Quest to earn badges and tier credits. This year you have more time to go through this promotion but really watered down the earnings ability.

I did it last year and made my Platinum level after hitting all the Vegas casinos. I hope they don't make it more difficult next time. I understand TWO people actually made it to all the CET...
