Its all free play. Why have the casinos stopped giving out actual cash as prize money.

Real money may walk out the door...With freeplay they know they will get say 30% or more back...Guessing money saving and can offer bigger prizes knowing they will get some back..
My local last weekend had a tourny (no I wasn't in it) but they gave out money (according to the 5th place winner) for the top 6 winners. She said she won $2500 cash. I then watched her hit a Flaming 7's $5 machine 3 credits for $1500.
I would boycott any tournament where top three prizes or so are free play. That's pretty BS to me.
Sure would be fun to cycle 75K in freeplay thru though.....
It would also be nice to keep 75k in cash. Although I guess doing free play there's no taxes...
