    Will your info be safer?

As a rule of thumb not much info is safe when it comes to computers. It's been all over the news for a while now about hackers collecting other people's personal and confidential info by hacking into various computer systems.

As hackers get better/better, I don't believe that it's 'safe' anywhere. Hell, they can even hack into, and take over your car while you're driving.

I can remember how thieves used to sit in front of someone's home in a car with a code reader waiting for the home owner to pull out of their garage and they would get the frequency code when the owner used their remote to close the garage door. Then they were able to access the home very easily to rob once after the home owner left by using their reading of the frequency code of the garage door opener. These are just 2 of many high tech hacking capabilities that have been used - years ago. These days hacking (especially by gov't.) has gotten so far advanced with high tech computerized systems that I've been cautious when buying anything new or recent.

"lock with the fob" .. Ah, but while you're going down the road......Fiat is recalling 1.4 Mil cars for this. "code reader for door" .. Easy when they had just one code Now they can do it even w/the rolling codes
