When you google them its a travel agency type company that seems to specialize in booking travel for gamblers for various casinos and ships that have casinos which is most of them these days. They do charters via Caesar's too which is likely how they got your information and perhaps screwed up by sending you a offer for MGM instead of a Caesar's property or else they are trying to steal CET gamblers and turn them into M-Life ones. They say they match any offers you get from any casino. You might get additional information on them by posting on vegasmessageboard though I don't recall seeing this TA mentioned on other boards in the past.
