This, combined with the IRS considering increasing revenue thru proposals to tax more slot wins ($600 or higher), spells death to the manufacturers. At what point do the manufacturers start investing in casino properties to enhance publicity thru higher payouts and therefore create healthy competition to drive up payback percentage?
