The following is taken from Foxwoods FAQ on their website. It is pretty clear that this host violated policy, although Foxwoods disclaimer probably protects them from liability. I would absolutely follow up with them Kim, and hopefully they will at the very least discipline the host & cut ties with the person who requested the information. I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention since we have several Foxwoods players on this Forum and they should know there is a possibility that their information has been shared without their knowledge. You may not be the only person who has been violated.
