I saw this recently too, but read that you can't really opt in until October 1st, but I just tried it myself too. I got the screen saying I'm in too.
After what happened to me last promo I'm going to make sure I'm opted in when I'm at one of their casinos.

I doubt we will be taking advantage of this one after the beating we took this week, plus we have agreed 6 nights in Vegas is just too much for us now.
