    @zeus and @Nhcris, the tight space issue is very similar to what goes on in Manhattan. I'm amazed at these ginormous buildings being built and there's almost zero extra space. It seems sometimes like they take over the sidewalk in front of their site, have a loading dock and that's it.

    I go by the Hudson Yards site almost every morning. It's the largest construction site in NYC at the moment I think. The number of cement trucks lined up to deposit cement ... goes on for blocks some days. The logistics involved are incredible.

    You know, I never thought about NYC, but you are so right. If I worked in the city with a view of it all my productivity would plummet.
