Yes I will just have to stick with my other favorite snacks - radishes and raw cauliflower.

I'm not doing keto either but I am trying to eat better. The soup turned out really good considering it was my first time making it and it was easy to make. The soup is my comfort food to keep me warm with this yucky weather. Basically I make a big pot of soup on Monday and eat it for the rest of the week.

We used to have a wonderful family owned Greek restaurant near us. They used to have the best lemon chicken soup with orzo and we have been searching and searching for a soup that was even close. It was especially good when we were sick. Well, tonight I made this lemon chicken soup and it is the closest thing yet! This will be going on the menu again for sure.

The picture doesn't do it justice, but it is yummy! Here's the recipe:

This is the recipe I used. I slightly modified. I didn't have spicy sausage so I just used a little cayenne for a kick. I also didn't use as many potatoes mixed in cauliflower. You can also replace the heavy cream with half and half but I liked the heavy cream.

It was easy to make and really perfect for the cold weather

I’m bad about posting but my lunch was really pretty today! There was Olive Garden dressing for the salad.

Where are all our my low carbers??? I leave my kitchen for a week, and none of you posted anything? You must have been eating!

Well, I am back and made Low Carb Unstuffed Cabbage tonight. It's actually pretty good on this nasty winter night. The nutmeg and cinnamon give it a nice warm feeling. As usual, its not very pretty but it was easy and hit the spot
