Well, I am back and made Low Carb Unstuffed Cabbage tonight. It's actually pretty good on this nasty winter night. The nutmeg and cinnamon give it a nice warm feeling. As usual, its not very pretty but it was easy and hit the spot

That totally looks like comfort food, especially on a cold night. My cabbage is almost ready in the garden. Will try this. I love nutmeg and cinnamon flavor in savory dishes.

Making chicken avacado sandwhich tomorrow, but hollowing our a cucumber to use as the “bread” holds up to the meat, may add tomatoes. Deviled eggs for breakfast and pork roast and Kraut for dinner. Have some protein balls and beef Jersey for snacks.

They were cheap in AZ only 68 cents or so and all were in great prime ripeness not like the rock hard ones around here usually

I just bought nice and good sized avocado for 50cents each in Phoenix Albertsons.

39 cents here last week! Doesn't take long to ripen.

I’m amazed at your prices! We’re lucky if they get down to $1 per avocado here (and we consider that a bargain!) thankfully, they do tend to be nearly ripe at that price so they taste delicious!

Yup, they were 68 cents at HEB in Texas for beautiful avocados, and I got spoiled! Usually around $1.49 here for rocks, but I just saw they are on sale for 99 cents! YAY!!
