That .75c hit on Whales just sold me!!.. So you play all lines or the #4 spot on the top buttons with the 2x or 3x Bet? Of course I’m talking the old school whales of cash machines..

I cover all the lines. I don't like playing the other way. Good luck

Try WWII at 3 reels and max bet, will be anywhere from 35¢ to 70¢ depending on machine. I've found that's a great way to stretch the bankroll. There are no bonus rounds or respins this way. The volatility range is narrowed.
    Good luck
I like to do that .35 when I just want to play a while and not worry about losing quickly. Could take hours before you go through 100.00 or you walk away with something left.

Stupid Photobucket! I can’t get in there now to upload the husband’s WWII hit. The first night we met @SlotMommy and her husband, we had an absolute blast. While we were gambling together my DH went off on his on for a little, he was betting .50 and had a line hit that was about $970.

If I wanted a time out, I would go back to kindergarten.

Jester Pete --- Last I heard or saw anything from him was about 3 years ago on the SF site. Bad shape. I suspect Pete has passed on. He could hardly get out to a casino then. Really would have liked to know more about him and his slot knowledge, but a lost of it was lost when SF had site issues several years ago before JWE came along.

OMG, Darrell, I think about Pete lots of times. Almost met him one time when we were down in Hershey, PA, and stopped into Hollywood Penn National. We haven't stopped there in awhile, but whenever we do and I make the rounds, I always hope to see Pete along the wall of WWII's. I asked him so many questions and he gave me the best answers, super logical, and then he could always finish it up with the best quips. Yes, sadly, I suspect also that he has passed on but no one has ever confirmed that.

Oh gosh BD, now you're testing my memory and my math skills (both are getting worse with age! )

The .75 hit was at Wheeling Island and I do know the machines there are different from the WOC at my local. Local max bet is $2, that one I want to say in Wheeling has a max of $5, so the .75 bet I believe was paying like a 1.25 bet would on my machines at the local. I'm sure that it was probably the 2x or 3x button but not sure about the lines. @CPT or @treyster would probably be able to look at it and know immediately.

Jester Pete was one of the reason I started lurking on Vegas/Slot forums. He was the funniest man and very helpful. He started having severe lung problems about the same time that my hubby went on oxygen. He mentioned oxygen in one of his posts, but also that it would tie him to his home. I had always hoped that he was able to get some help and like hubby able to get out and live again. For those of you who have met Bill (hubby) you know we are able to NOT let his problem stop us. Can't do everything but there is still lots of life left.
