Thanks @bluesfan and @zeus. I have about 22k tier credits to get for platinum so had been planning on going hard at Bellagio one day on my trip to generate some offers (don't currently get any from B) and get the remaining tier credits ... but I may have to switch my play to MC or NYNY to take advantage of this promo. I'll have to weigh the two options

No problem, I can say I didn't care much for B when I stayed there. My host was tight with comps, and I knew my play would have had all food comped if I stayed at NYNY or Monte Carlo. I could not get VIP lounge check in or limo at Bellagio, but Monte Carlo offers both as does NYNY. That is why I moved back to Monte Carlo! And for points, stay away from specialty games!
