I've been to STK at Cosmo a couple of times. Had the small filet both visits. The actual meaty meat was great. And I like one of their signature drinks, the Green Intensity (also mentioned in the cock thread), a spicy martini-style basil/jalapeño beverage that you can get made with either vodka or gin. But some of the sides -- like their special bread and their mushroom dish -- were kind of weird and not worth repeating. And the overall vibe is very strange, more like a nightclub than a restaurant. So dark it's hard to see your food, DJ playing extremely loud music, and swarms of people milling around in predatory fashion at the bar.
