I saw it deployed at the Wynn last night. It was multi-denomination (1c, 2c and 5c). The max bet was $18. One of my friends played it at GVR last week at their max of $1.80 and won around $600 so this thing does have potential, but it just takes some patience and bankroll to hit the bonuses.
