Anyone get an email about joining Caesar's Circle Community?

Screenshot of the "invitation" I received to take a survey about joining this group hosted by Total Rewards.

Sounds mostly like a focus group concerning things beyond gaming.

Would be interested to hear if others received a similar email.

I completed the survey and joined the group. Will be interesting to see the discussion topics that CET post.

I'll do my best to represent the jokers! And will let you know the topics they're interested in.

I've been participating in the Caesar's Circle Community for a couple of years now and I really enjoy the surveys! I figure it certainly won't hurt and might really help.

Glad to hear this. Can you tell us what sort of surveys they post?

All sorts of questions from how often you go to the casinos, where and when do you go, are you planning any trips in the future, what types of activities do you enjoy (gambling or other), how long are your trips, pretty much any and every question you can think of and not only about gambling.

I'm jealous. I wish I had received this. I have a lot to say to them.

I have found it doesn't matter. I have kept diamond over fifteen years. I like the Vegas (especially ) checkin, diamond lounges, and other perks. What makes me nuts is different policies at different locations. Probably the same confusion at all casinos brands.

I completely agree. I also hate that some diamond lounges offer actual food while others are just... Crap.

Yes a prime example was at Harrahs and Harveys in Tahoe. They really had a nice spread at Harrahs but then at Harveys over looking the lake they had potato and tortilla chips. It just made absolutely no sense.

Diamond lounges used to open at 9am and on weekends have hot breakfast. Paris had BACON and scrambled eggs rio had sausage. Bagels, pastries .. Phoenix ak chin had the best pastries everyday. Venetian gold lounge was better back then.
So it has been cut along with the pay tables for video poker.
Ak chin has fair food just not a large serving. Now get tickets and order off the menu with one special offered. Better than the fight to get food from the small buffet table. Also they don't let people in if there is no seat. Laughlin has never stopped letting people in it can get crazy

Ang I have to respond with my opinion on LT. Just mho but Harvey's is clearly the superior location in Lake Tahoe and CET have let this property languish as it can't afford the upkeep on two prime properties there. They've bareboned Harvey's and it shows with their treatment of their Diamond Lounges.

Not knocking Harrahs Lake Tahoe which is a fine property but Harvey's deserves much better recognition than what CET has thrown them.

Speaking as an observer of course and hoping one day both properties compete wrt to amenities.
