Planning for Vegas

Hello

I'm very excited for my upcoming trip to Vegas....13 days away.

Here are a couple questions

1. Does anyone know the gaming hours for Palazzo? My flight does not arrive until 10pm. Trying to figure out if I should play Tuesday night or wait until Weds morning after the "new" day starts.

2. I have never used limo in Vegas, for those of you that do: did you book through your host and have it comped at the end? Other option would be to just take the shuttle I guess? I normally rent a car but don't plan to for this trip.

3. I can't decide if I want to double dip. I'm staying at Palazzo and my primary goal is get gold status on this trip. I have $100 food credit if I book a room in CET network but not sure if it's worth it. My plans were to play at Palazzo primary and secondary would be Aria/Bellagio.

Thanks Zeus, I really want to meet you too. This was a last minute unplanned trip because they had $69 one way airfare and I couldn't pass up $138 RT to Vegas.... Only staying 2 nights so I can't get into too much trouble but it does mean I have to play responsibly when I go to Biloxi this weekend so I don't blow my Vegas BR. LOL

It was Frontier Airlines out of Atlanta. Usually airfare is $300-$400 RT from ATL

Thanks Trey, hopefully Darlene can confirm the time for me since she will be there the week before me.

I'm going to pass on the food credit, my BF has $200 FP offer @ CET so he booked a room. I figured I would book one too since I had to go over there anyway but don't want to feel obligated to play since my focus is at V/P this trip.

Thanks GG, goal is to make gold at V/P so they will get the majority of my BR. I only want to go to Bellagio HL room to see if I can have another run like I did in March but depends on how much money I have left after V/P. I just hope the machines let me play.

Don't forget room charges get 5x for every $1 charged. If your room and charges are $500, you'll get 2500 points. Once you cross to gold it's 20x.

We started doing it at Palazzo because the points are so beneficial since we're maintaining gold. Many restaurants can charge to room, our favorite Grimaldi's doesn't.

I dealt with a similar issue in AC this past weekend. Had terrible time of it my first day and not great on Saturday and decided that I wouldn't play what I planned to play on Sunday because I didn't want to lose everything and not have anything for my Vegas BR. Brought some down and ended up having a ridiculous day. So I hope you have similar luck! But was proud of myself for planning to bring home 1/3 of the BR for Vegas so I didn't have to start from zero.

$50 for an extra 10 hrs in Vegas, that's only $5/hr. Just cash out when your credits drop to $5 instead of $0 lol.

Georgiagambler the regular comp earning day is approximately 3AM to 3AM according to the lady behind the Grazie desk at Palazzo. The daily slot tourney hours are different, but I can't remember for sure what they were, I think it was 7AM to 3:30PM

I love visiting new places so I will definitely let you know if I make it out that way. I had planned to go to Dallas and check out casinos in Oklahoma but didn't make it this summer.
