After years of legal battles, they are finally getting this new NA casino open here near Phoenix. Long story short the tribe from the Tucson area bought land to be in the under-served Phoenix market, made it into a reservation and are building a casino that will open this December.

Although the tribe won all the court battles, the department of gaming now won't certify it to open, basically due to pressure from the other tribes worried about competition. So they decided to open with just Class 2 slots, nothing else for now. That means they don't have gaming regulation.

I'm actually happy about this I think. All of our other casinos here are class 3 games, so we'll get some different games. I'm hoping to see some of those games they have in Oklahoma are here too, so I get to play them. This tribe also advertises that they have the loosest slots in the state at their three other casinos, so hope for the same here.

Hopefully you can get some nice hits on the Class 2 slots. They seem to payoff for Moneybags. Plus a little extra competition can't hurt. I look forward to hearing about how it goes for you.

They should have Moneybags there for the Grand Opening as a paid presenter of this is how you win on Class 2 slots. HHH

It's nice to have both, though. If one is cold, you can move to the other. Good luck!

That's what I was thinking.

A few of our casinos have mixed in some Class 2 games since there are limits to how many class 3 slots a casino can have, but they are all just the Multimedia penny games- or the Gold Class reels with the wheels at the top. None of the usual reels like I see Moneybags win on, so hoping to get to try some. With 1089 class 2 games planned, they are going to have to have some of them I'm sure.
