Hopefully not too much b/c the rooms are in my name and I have a friend coming from Baltimore and I don't want her stranded. Except, she'll be stranded in Vegas which isn't so terrible :)

Oh wow, the Baltimore forecast did change! We're almost all flying out tomorrow morning (with one friend flying out tomorrow night) so we shall see when we all get there! I can't extend my trip b/c I have court next Wednesday so I hope we can get there sometime tomorrow :)

Flight was already cancelled. Rebooked on 3:15pm flight. First gamble of the trip: switch rebooked flight to the 8am one and risk that it's cancelled and I can't get on 315 or stick with the 315 flight?

I can't figure out how to start a new thread from tapatalk. So my TR will have to be on this thread.

Flew out of JFK, nhchris, and was only delayed an hour and a half. First time I was in an plane that was de-iced!

Got here by noon and we got adjoining rooms at Aria. Gambled a bit then tried to nap (been up since 1:45am vegas time). Only gambled a bit, mainly with my friends so we could all get drinks and did really well. Here are a few photos!

Got daring and tried $1 Cleo II with $200. Got a bonus! But it only paid $208 :( so I recouped my investment but was really hoping I'd get more.

Went over to Hyde and Drai's tonight. Had a ton of fun but am exhausted - it's been a busy day :)

Well to put things in perspective, just lost this evening. At cosmo before dinner, at cosmo after dinner and then at Aria after we went to the gold lounge for some dancing.

Still have my take-home envelope plus a little more than what I alloted for the next three days. But I definitely went a little crazy on higher limit machines (25 cent ones) and lost a chunk of cash.

But overall having a really fun time!

Well it's been a surreal day. Didn't fall asleep until after 5. Was up at 10am, went to te pool and ate, then napped.

Woke up from my nap to a call from my mom letting me know that her cousin, who were very close with, had a collapsed lung then went into cardiac arrest, was revived, and is now in surgery to save her life.

But at the same time want to enjoy my trip. So I'm not sure how the rest of the day will play out. We have dinner at sage then heading to hakkasan for a big dj tonight.

My cousin passed away this evening. It's a complete shock. We last texted this week about a cute photo of my niece and she posted this morning on FB about her daughter's hockey game.

I changed my flight to tomorrow at 1pm and forgoing two days here.

Thanks, everyone. She was a social worker specializing in adoption -- has helped over 3,000 families adopt -- and also worked with an organization that rescued abandoned babies. It's been a very inspirational few days first reading her FB page and meeting people today. One person really can make a difference.
