Have you ever tried cooking Tempeh? My vegan friend uses it as a source of protein. Thanks for the vid!

Yep! I have tempeh 2-3 times a week :). It is good stuff. I don't do anything crazy with it. Just season it and fry it up in the pan. I thought about making sandwiches with it some time but who knows haha.
