Why oh why, Beau Rivage?

We just received a junket offer from the Beau Rivage for three nights flying out on Friday, January 22nd. The offer includes $600 in freeplay. We have never received a freeplay offer of this magnitude. We go to Kansas City on February 5th for 4 nights, so this is just to close together. I could just cry!

My AC junket offers are never actually free and almost never from Manchester which is 17 minutes from my house. Did they plan these offers deliberately to torture us??

But if I were you, that $600 FP would tip the scales and I would do it!

Go for it Zeus- have a great time! I'm going to Biloxi tomorrow. I don't plan to play much since I'm in Vegas next weekend. I wouldn't go at all except that BF has like $1100 in FP for this weekend that he needs to go play.

If the dates were the same as yours and we finally could meet.. I might have considered taking them up on it. That is a great offer. I'm watching the weather and thinking about maybe going to the KC meet and greet.. but the timing is tough for anything between the two trips.

I just talked to a guy today who lives 70 miles from there he said when he first started out doing telco work his crew cabled the rivage. He said it was cool to see all the inner workings of the casino I asked him a little bit more about the area and he said due to the fact that out 12 miles is a protected harbor the water is not as nice as it used to be I guess. Not like emerals coast of florida

He said since Katrina hit there is not near as many nice old style southern homes that got destroyed before the hurricane and probably never will get rebuilt which is sad.

I still want to make it down to that area sometime and make a good road trip out of it

Derek, I know you would really like it down there. Yeah, it's no Vegas, but even though I have only been once I cannot wait to go back. The area is still really nice. There is a town east of Biloxi called Ocean Springs. To really take it all in you need to come in once from there over the bridge into Biloxi. It is a pretty cool view.

I get those junket airfare offers for Laughlin too but have never gone because I can't pass up Las Vegas :)
