I saw this on Vegas Message Board Good deal if you play CET Really good Deal!

Play, Redeem, Eat, Repeat
Through March during any gaming day (6
a.m. through 5:59 a.m. the next day) earn 50
tier credits at any Caesars casino (or
combination of casinos), go to a Total
Rewards Center (or any of the special
promotional kiosks) and you’ll receive a
voucher for a complimentary buffet at your
choice of Flamingo, Harrah’s, Paris, Planet
Hollywood, or Rio. You’ll need to make that
choice before printing your voucher.
The vouchers are good for 48 hours after
you redeem them, but you must claim your
voucher before the end of the gaming day in
which you earned it.

That is a good deal. Some of those buffets are getting pretty pricey.

I surely hope they extend this for our trip in May. Normally do not have the appetite for a buffet while in Vegas, mainly due to all of the cocks, but I could handle a free pound of bacon in the morning to help absorb the liquor.

Ha! A little pork to follow the cocks! :devilish:

Definitely going to do this, my friend that I'm going with in two weeks is on the frugal side, so he's looking forward to some free buffets!

I did this free buffet at pho in December while staying at Paris. The price was right the food was fair.

I was extremely disappointed with the Spice Market on my last trip in January. I'm going down in a couple of weeks and plan on the Rio with the seafood upgrade.

Was the food itself bad, or was it mainly the selection? I know from past experience I don't care for the Paris buffet.

We ate breakfast the other day at Spice Market at PH and used 2 vouchers. We aren't foodies but were underwhelmed by the buffet. Food we picked didn't seem to be very hot and quality was just okay. Wasn't very busy so maybe that was a signal lol

We love to stay at the Paris but after one visit to the buffet we have never returned. It might be ok for a light breakfast but that's it. To us it was just plain unexciting food.

Sorry, I forgot to state why. IMHO, the food was marginal quality. Roast Beef was dried out and the seafood selection was "so-so". Could've just been a "bad day", but at the prices we were paying, if I had paid "full freight", I would have been more than disappointed.

Sad to hear about the Paris buffet. That used to be my favorite.

The Paris buffet line was long all weekend so we chose PH. PH buffet was damn near empty.

You preferred PH over Rio? What meal? B, L, or D?

Ya I said the 4 excluding Rio because that's the only one I never tried. Of the four I meant Paris, Harrahs, Flamingo, and PH.

Worth the cab ride for the Rio buffet? I only had dinners.

There's a free shuttle to/from the Rio

From the TR board:

RIO LAS VEGAS - SHUTTLE TO THE STRIP
Q. Is there a shuttle that goes from the Rio Las Vegas Hotel to the Strip?

A. The Rio and our sister properties, Bally's/Paris and Harrah's Las Vegas on the Strip, offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Rio. Please note: the shuttle only runs from the Rio to Bally's/Paris or Harrah's Las Vegas, not from Bally's/Paris to Harrah's Las Vegas or vice versa. The shuttle runs daily from 10am to 1am. Pick-up times are approximately every 30 minutes from each location (depending on traffic conditions).

Pick-Up Locations:
Rio: Carnival World Buffet entrance
Bally's: Race and Sports Book entrance (side of Flamingo Rd)
Harrah's Las Vegas: Shuttle/Bus/Trolley drop off
