I know that some people here stay at Ven/Pal a lot. Can anyone tell me how Club Grazie offers work? When I log on to my account its will say. April RT offer or April Suite offer. I get mailers for the slot tournaments but what are these other offers? It just says to call. Why can't they just say what the offer is? I would love to stay there.

I want to stay a Sat and Sun in May and the only offer I have says May RT Offer. Does anyone know what this means. I am hoping it is a comped room but I don't want to call and feel stupid asking. It could just be a discounted room or something like free play.

I asked on a Facebook group and no one has ever seen it. Help!

Since their website was hacked several years back, I haven't been able to open the offers I get while logged in. I just email host and see what what I've got. I'm lower tier gold and usually get 3 nts comped unless something big's going on there. I do get mailers all the time, most of them are for slot tourneys or a monthly comp offer.

Call 'em up, no shame in that since you can't open their online promos.

Thak you. I really hope it is a room offer as I would really love to stay there. I just have anxiety about having to call and talk to someone. I just prefer to book on a website.

Real easy. I was nervous too. Very friendly hosts. Most likely free room and small freeplay until you get more established with them.

If you are nervous about talking to a host about what offers you have you don't need to. Just call the number in the offer, hit 1 for reservations and you can ask the person who picks up at that extension to go over your offers with you. Sometimes if you have a lot of offers like I do they will ask you for the offer number but most of those online offers do not contain that information so let them know that and then give them the date range of the offers you are asking about and that will pinpoint it for them.

In addition to sending out offers snail mail lately they have been sending them out in email too and in the email there's a link you can click that shows the offers for that quarter with the details. If you aren't receiving these emails you might want to check with them to make sure they have your correct email address or if they do that the offers are not going into your email spam folder.

I am no expert, but back in October we tried out Venetian for a day and racked up some nice points. We received offers for this coming April (3nights comped slot tournament included) and when we tried to book at Palazzo or Venetian they said no due to no availability, but we could pay a casino rate. Very strange since that same week we got 2 nights comped at Bellagio, 2 nights comped at Cosmo plus one night at casino rate and 2 nights comped at Aria. Same exact week. I understand there is a big convention that week (April 16-23) so I guess they cater to the conventions more so its a chance you cant even take advantage of there offers on particular weeks. That sux to be honest. Hate to say it, but we wont play there, but really enjoy Grand Lux so will just visit for meals from now on. Just our take.

Good luck on your next trip though!!!

I feel bad for dsmack because he ran smack dab into broadcasters convention next door at Wynn. I'm sure Adelson is putting up some VIP folks in his hotel trying to grease them up lol.

OK, so I finally got the courage to call. The guy really wouldn't say what the RT offer was. He stated "based on availabilty at least 4 times. He asked me my dates. They were a Tuesday and Wednesday in May. He asked for the offer code. I said there is no code it just says RT what does that mean. He said it was for comp nights but those dates were not available but he could give me the casino rate. Gezzz, no thank you. I do have a suite offer in my account for March and was able to open that. It came with a code and $20 free play on select dates. I guess it would be the same deal. I got a nice room in the new tower at Ballys. I guess I will have to be happy with that.

I have a bunch of offers at MGM properties but I am upset about the parking/valet fee and have decided that I am not going to stay there anymore. Maybe I will play a little more at the Cosmo when I go as I like it there. We like to drive around when we are there and I could live with the $10 parking if it was per day. I wonder if you have to pay the fee every time you park? If so we wont be playing there anymore. What do you guys think about the parking fee?

That's a bummer, must have something going on for a Tue-Wed to be unavailable. The casino rate will probably be $100 less than the calendar rate.

We stayed at Bally's last week and really liked it. Couldn't get into Palazzo as it was sold out one of our nights.

FYI -we told them we wanted to upgrade to a Jubilee Celebrity Suite. They said it's $300 nt, I offered them $100 nt and we settled on $125. The day before we checked out I went into the Diamond Lounge and asked if they could remove the resort fees for our 4 nts. We ain't Diamond, we ain't Platinum, we ain't shit. The host on duty looked up our play, chatted for a moment, then removed our resort fees and one nights charge. Saved us almost $300 and we only got about 1600 tier credits. I thought that was damn nice of them especially since I was up at CET (thanks WWII).

Sorry you got the run around, perhaps someone new since even when I call up about my Mom's offers and she is very much the low roller, they tell me outright what the offer says. Unfortunately they only have X amount of comp rooms per offer and they tend to book up fast at V/P. Sometimes they become available at the last moment too due to cancellations but if one already has a nice comp room elsewhere then I don't suppose it's worth checking back.

A lot of people don't rent or drive their cars to Vegas so won't care about the parking fee that M-Life properties is going to start. As far as I have read so far it's not clear if it's $10 a day and you can switch from property to property or if it's $10 a day at each property which really would be a pain. While Cosmo has said they aren't going the way of the Parking fee I think we'll see them change that policy once the new Arena opens in April and they see people going to those concerts trying to park at Cosmo for free and filling up all Cosmo's parking spaces instead of paying for parking at the Arena which I suspect is one reason MGM decided to charge for parking at their properties. There's been a lot of speculation that CET Properties will follow and also charge for parking in the future too.

What an awesome score on the Suite! I have a Jubilee King strip view booked and will be happy with that. We don't spend much time in the room anyway. I really like playing at the Palazzo and that is the main reason that I wanted to stay there, so we could lay late nite when it is less crowded. I also wanted to check out their pool. Maybe next time, LOL

Thank you. I will have to jump on it faster next time and see what happens. I just feel odd calling and that was not a very good experience for me. The agent that I spoke too was not very nice and not very forthcoming with his answers. They may have had rooms at the Venitian but I guess I will never know since I had asked for Palazzo. We have been staying at the MGM but get a car and go in and out quite often. The parking thing really bugs me. Guests should not have to pay and parking fees could really stack up going in and out. I am not sure how they are going to structure the parking fees. I will have to wait and see. I am sure that others will follow suit just like they did with the resort fees which I also detest.

We seem to be staying off strip more and that is fine with me. I like the off strip places more. They are more laid back and I feel safer there. The strip is getting a little crazy. The last trip we walked through the cromwell and played a few machines and I really felt scared there. A guy jumped in front of us ine line at the cashier and we were afraid to say anything so we just let it happen. The cashier saw it and gave us the "look" but didn't say anything either. I feel that someone could just pull a gun on you for saying the wrong thing. The place was crawling with security but I still couldn't wait to leave there. Things are really getting strange on the strip, for me anyway.

So we are staying 2 nights at Ballys, one night at Golden Nugget Laughlin and 5 nights at the Orleans. I was gonna book the 2 nights at Palazzo and that would have been 4 moves so I am probably better off not staying there this trip. Maybe next time.

I was playing at Palazzo at 5am a few years ago and the cocktail waitress came up to me and said 'you're the only person playing in this casino'. I stood up, looked around and bygod she was right.

Very sorry that employee acted like that with you on the phone.

I can understand why the new parking policy at MGM properties upsets those guests who drive.

It's true that the strip doesn't feel as safe as it did in years past, but I think some of it boils down to just more people going to Vegas once again and hopefully all the strip properties will increase their security to help offset the increased crowds.

I think you will be happier with less moves too and it sounds like you have a good trip planned. Have fun and I hope you win lots!

So today I got a printed offer in the mail with a code. It was for 3 comped nights and $20 in free play. So I called again. The lady I got on the phone this time was very pleasant. I told her that I only wanted 2 nights and she said that was fine with the offer I had. BUT, Tuesday was not available. Wednesday and Thursday was. I need to get Tues and Wed because the way my other reservations are. She did tell me that they sometimes become available later if I wanted to try in a month or so. Gezzz, There must be big happenings at the Palazzo on Tuesday May 24th! I will be sure to avoid it, LOL Will let you know if there are any updates. :-)

Wow, so nice Trey. I've been diamond for 3 years and close to diamond last year and they never budge for me. I don't even ask anymore, but I guess now I will.

Seems like they end up with quite a number of conventions that start on Monday, must be one of those weeks.

With all the hotels on the strip I will just move to the others that will still comp us no matter what conventions are in town. If Bellagio, Cosmo and Aria can comp us the same week that these so called big conventions are in town why cant V/P? Oh well I am done with them. Good thing I didn't invest a ton. Good luck!

Bellagio, Cosmo and Aria do not have convention centers attached to their hotel/casinos while Venetian and Palazzo has the Sands Convention Center attached so when there's a big convention there their rooms do tend to sell out.

When I had enough of Caesar's a week ago and decided to check out 3 days early and let my host know at V/P that I wanted to use one of my offers at the last minute (less then 24 hour notice) they were full for comp rooms and only had a few available to the public at the price of around $600 a night during that time due to two conventions. She did manage to get an exception for me and get me in on my comped offer (I'm Platinum) but only after she went to her boss who is a VP, and since she is the VP of international marketing I haven't figured out who above her is her boss, LOL! Downside of course is when they make this type of exception for one I knew I was going to have to make sure to gamble at my average or above it so I was fortunate that I finally had a winning trip and was able to go above my average.

I hear ya, but still tough to hear No Availability at this time. Bad timing I guess. [emoji30]
