Which do you prefer?

Asking partially because I'm going to AC next weekend and deciding what to do. I think bc I'm going solo, I'll do a live one to give me something to do. But for my May Vegas trip with the BF, I may try a recap so I'm not on my phone posting all the time.

I love checking in on live TRs but the flow of a recap can be better because the contents are all posted together. For example, was trying to remember when I got 500+ spins on ER at Wynn. If I had done recaps, would be much easier for me to find that info instead of going through lots of pages of different threads.

I love the live ones too, but I know it can mess up the play flow. I did a recap after my last visit, but I realized later I had forgotten stuff I wanted to share. Either way, we are all suckers to live vicariously thru whomever is currently chez casino!

I love the live trip reports.. love cheering people on or providing support if they are getting creamed.. but either way..Appreciate when anyone is will to tell me about their trip. Whatever works for you!

You know live reports are the next best thing to hanging with Jokers with instant feedback. Works for me !

Live is the only way to do a report these days.

Back a few year ago, before tapatalk, I would take my laptop along on my casino trip and try to update each morning.. but would forget half of it.

Before that I would wait until the trip was over and do it all from home...but forgot even more!

Well as I don't have a smart phone so I'm not sure I can vote but I do love the live reports! I appreciate all of you Jokers who contribute to my enjoyment.

I love the live reports. I really enjoy doing live reports also. I like cheering for people while they're playing and knowing that people are cheering for me. I do understand that doing a live trip report is not possible for everyone so I hope those that can't do it live will post a recap! I really enjoy reading both types.

DK528, are you going to the GN on 3/18? I think I'm going to be there too! Just letting you know, their wifi sucks, which is why I don't always do a live trip report when I stay there. Maybe you have a better carrier than me (Sprint) and you won't have that issue.

Yay - I am!! I have found that the signal is bad unless I join their wifi network. Was able to post better my last trip when I was logged in :) I'd love to meet up BB!

Absolutely, I'll be there with the hubby but he wouldn't mind at all if you joined up with us. Not sure when we are exactly planning on arriving but I let you know once we know more. See you soon.
