Good for her! And to be a local too. I assumed they played at the casinos off of the strip. Never imagined the airport.

This reminds me of a flight we were on coming back from Vegas several years ago. We were on a Continental commuter plane from Houston to Charlotte that was not that full. The flight attendant, who I must say was fabulous, kept talking to us. She even sat with us during her down time. She told us a story about several years before her husband had left her. Some friends took her to Vegas to cheer her up. When she was at the airport waiting for her flight home, she was playing WOF. She hit a $1million jackpot. It changed her life for sure. She then went on to marry a rich oilman. She said the first marriage was for love, this one was for the money. HHH! She still flew a few flights a month to give her something to do. Again, she was fabulous!
