Hi. I’m Selene (screen name is from an e-mail account because I used be into scrapbooking.) Long term lurker because I enjoy reading trip reports to get my gambling fix. I think I originally found this board from Evoni’s blog. I go to Vegas about 3 or 4 times a year and go to Tahoe during the winter ski season. I'm a low roller who gambles for entertainment.

I actually just returned from Vegas over Memorial Day weekend and will try write up a short trip report when I get a chance!

Welcome, Selene! I'm from the Bay Area also (Kensington...adjacent to Tilden Park), spent many summers at Tahoe, and ended up in the Seattle area. Evoni is the rock star of Vegas blogs, with her adventures, slot videos, and food porn, and I think a lot of us have tried new restaurants and slot machines because of her. You will feel comfortable here, it's like a big, crazy, welcoming family.

My hubby is originally from Berkeley, so we have a lot of family in the Bay Area. Haven't been back in awhile, but have played at Graton, Cache Creek, and even San Pablo (yuck).
