How about joining the community and posting something of substance. Start by introducing yourself GlueAndGlitter.

Yes please introduce yourself or I will have to change your post count back to 0. You would think I'm asking people to give me their first born or something! :disturbed:

I'm calling BS on your count to ten. Sorry, but I think you are being rude by not introducing yourself. If you have been lurking (obviously), then you know all about the rest of us. If you want to read about us and our M&G's and trip reports, how about being polite and introducing yourself? Too much to ask?

Sorry for being rude. I'm Glitter. I don't plan on posting much, but enjoy reading trip reports.

GlueAndGlitter feels sketchy if you are trying to be a wise ass and circumvent the reason for the post. If you don't want to participate there are plenty of other places to creep. Step up or step away.

That's cool! Where are you from and what do you like to play?

Why don't you plan on posting much GlueAndGlitter? There's the recipe, weekend, birthday and game threads etc in which to post if you don't make many casino trips.

Glue and glitter sound like you're into craft projects. Evoni friend makes stuff and sells on etsy.

GlueAndGlitter, thank you for the apology. But it still concerns me when people look into our gambling trips and read about what we are doing, but then openly say they don't plan on posting much.

This is a community here. Some of us have been together for a very long time but that doesn't mean we don't want to meet new people. We met through a previous forum. We have developed friendships through meet and greets and like to discuss our love hate relationship with slot machines.

It makes me uncomfortable that you are not willing to participate but want the benefits of seeing what we do in our personal lives. Is it because you are planning on going to an upcoming M&G and need to see what is going on and then go back into lurking?

Really? I didn't know that - very cool!! I have a friend at work that does custom doll clothing and sells on Etsy, love looking at her stuff, everything is in miniature, very talented..

Dear Glue and Glitter: See that's the stuff we're interested in, just ordinary everyday stuff you might not know about someone. Just throw it out there, and let the discussion begin, it's easy...

Really? I've been reading here for almost a year, and suddenly I make you uncomfortable because I count to ten? I was trying to be silly... didn't think it would bring out so much hate.

Ken, you can change my post count back to 0, or delete my account. I'm no longer interested.

This is funny.

What hate? Pat has a very valid point. Adios!

The fact that someone has been reading for a year and has never made one post, speaks volumes to me. In one year this person could not find one subject to post on? SMH, I just don't get it.

For what it's worth I thought you were being funny too and I made a reply (that I deleted now) to Ken's first reply before I read all the replies here that if nothing else we know the person can count. :) There are message boards like Cruise Critic that I find myself lurking on too because I'm interested in tips, trip reports and news, but don't have time to to post or participate much in that community so I get it. I have links on my blog to some other gambling message boards and all of them have trip reports if you are interested. Take care and good luck!

Lol interesting way to get to ten. Wish I had thought of that because I would be reading trip reports right now rather than laughing at your innovative road to ten

Lost my log in to Cruise Critics arrgh but yes agree it's fun to read once in a while if time permits - but to be honest if I ever had a cruise question again would simply ask here cause I highly respect all the Jokers opinions on just about everything and they're just naturally smarter HHH! :tennis:

I simply can't understand why anyone that has enjoyed reading all of the reports and other content can't even be bothered to say Thank You once in awhile. So to the folks that have been enjoying the site for the past year but can't bring themselves to make 10 posts, I'll just say "You're Welcome and best of luck".
