I was a member at one of the old forums and was wondering where everyone had gone!

I am planning on hitting up some casinos in Black Hawk, CO and wanted to hear any suggestions!
Who has the best high limit rooms? Any specific slots I should play?

Surprised you are wanting to do Black Hawk in June. Maybe make that your birthday trip? Do you want to do Tahoe later on in the Summer then? Perhaps end of July so we can celebrate foamy and at sassycat's birthdays there?

We are in for Black Hawk but may have to do Deadwood some other time. Do you guys want to do Black Hawk and then Deadwood or vice versa? As far as Black Hawk goes I will start a thread probably in the next week or two to see when everyone wants to go and how we want to do it. I am fine with the time frame and think everyone else probably will be to.

As far as how to do it we can look at it as a sponsored event whereby we get a host involved who will more than likely give us all free rooms and access to their lounge and or some type of private event. There lounge by the way is very good. Better than any of the CET DL's in Vegas almost as good as the ones in AC. They serve a different lunch and dinner there every day and have huge bar. Drinks are free you don't have to pay for them. The only thing with this if we get host involved they are going to expect us to play there. With all of the other casinos nearby, others may want to do a meet and greet similar to what we do in Tahoe, or Vegas, or AC where we all arrange our own separate accommodations and have the freedom to play wherever they want to play. I think that it we get a host involved we should all give them the vast majority of our play. That's just my opinion if we decide to get a host involved.

Once we have resolved the timing and how we want to do meet and greet I will contact host if that is what the majority wants to do and set it up. It would make us all really look bad if they rolled out the red carpet for us and we took most of our play elsewhere. Again, just my opinion.

I think Blackhawk first and I would just see if we can book through your host and get comped on the back end that way he's off the hook and as those who want to play there can those that don't won't have to.

Our tentative plan seemoreroyals, is to spend Sunday night,(June 18) at Harrahs in Council Bluffs after Laurie and foamy pick up Marge and Al at the Omaha airport.

Drive both cars from there Monday morning and spend Monday and Tuesday night at Ameristar in Black Hawk.

Leave Black Hawk Wed morning and spend Wed and Thursday night in Deadwood.

Leave Deadwood Friday morning and spend Friday night at Harrahs in Council Bluffs again and Head for home on Saturday.

As far a Tahoe goes, I love it there but have been there twice and am thinking Billoxi or Laughlin in August or September. I get free airfare offers for both destinations.

As far as Black Hawk goes so we don't disrupt stuntman's thread further maybe we can direct any further discussions to our Black Hawk TR thread until I can reach out to host to set something up. At which point I will start separate thread. I like foamy's idea of getting everyone casino rate rooms and looking at comping off at backend dependent on play.
