So... I've never stepped into Wynn or Encore in my life. Literally not even a big toe. Somehow they have my name and my mailing address and sent me this offer. Can anyone explain how that is remotely possible? I've never given them my information online or anything.

My guess is a host from a prior place you have stayed at has moved to Wynn and took the contact list. Just a guess

Pretty sure that's illegal.

Whatever it was.. It's annoying. I mean the offer is pretty decent. After researching what/when I'd take advantage of it considering the Le Reve tickets alone are $400 something dollars.

Your WiFi pinged in Vegas on the Strip for several days and some data mining company sold it to Wynn

When is the next time you are in Vegas? I need to do some damage with you again. Wynn has one of those fucking Monopoly Train Slots (actually I think they have four) too.

That's frustrating if true... Though I don't understand any of the dynamics of it. I mean it's not like it's really that bothersome... But it is more annoying that I have no idea how they got it, then them actually having it.

Honestly. Not sure. Maybe over New Years but if not, sometime next year I think.

A similar thing happened to my Aunt when the Scarlett Pearl opened in Biloxi. She has never been to Biloxi in her life but she got comps in the mail for free nights any day of the week and a little over $50 free play.

Happens to us all the time, we always get mail/comp offers from casinos we've never been to. Winstar sent us $800 in freeplay and we had never stepped foot in any Oklahoma Casino before.

it's not weird. It happens all the time. I get them from places I've never been to also. No idea how it happens, but I don't give it a second thought. Maybe somebody gave them your name. I must get 5 Viking Cruise brochures a week offering free stuff and I've never been on a cruise. It's a nice offer you got.

I like the offer for sure and seriously considering it for my birthday next year. It's not the fact they have it, more just how they got it.

I gave em your name and said you were a degen HHH j/k.

I think I got one of the wynn letter before I ever played there as well. So not sure how it happens nothing to get too worried over though. The more people wanting your action the better. Maybe they can match a venetian offer sometime

Hahaha damn it Derek! That's OK... I gave your information to The D downtown. We're even. ;)

That offer is actually pretty awesome. I wouldn't mind taking advantage of it. Since the room upgrade option is cool and I am dying to see Le Reve.

Actually the D is very nice and the rooms are spacious and clean.

I didn't say they weren't. :) It was just the first hotel that came to mind when I wrote back.

Comparing Wynn to a small property downtown is apples and oranges but if you say so. As for your offer, I think it's great. Many casinos will solicit your business. When you sign up for cards you allow them to divulge your info to third parties.

No I wasn't in Vegas that month last year. We met at Coushatta last November.

The show tickets are nice, but I'd demand Steve do better on the room rate! I play $.10 Buffalo there and drink his tasty drinks and they usually send me $99 a night room offers. Throw in the tickets for free Steve!

I think I know how. I recall reading that the Wynn is a casino that buys the list of names from one of the companies that has ATMs inside casinos. I don't recall which one it is but I know there is at least one that sells their list.

A buddy of mine who never signs up for cards at casinos (just plays on mine) got the same offer and sent a pic to me. He will use the ATM inside casinos to make large withdrawals sometimes when he goes. This also wasn't the first time he got an offer from them.

Oh wow! That's eye opening. Thank you for the information. :)
