New Jersey is set to take over the city govt before it has to declare bankruptcy.
Maybe this will be good in getting the Taj and Revel open again.

I heard Carl Icahn might be Trump's choice for Secretary of the Treasury. These guys might open a casino at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave lol.

While he seems like a nut job, it's sad Straub couldn't get Revel open this summer. Now most likely another winter with hopes something changes next year. Lets make it great again!

Revel is scheduled to open Q1 2017, it's new name is Ten. I saw an article in AC about it, they even have the start of a website so I think it will actually happen! I can't wait, such a pretty place to not be used!

Yup those dam things can be tricky sometimes . a few years back a drunk ass buddy of mine took a tumble on the ones going down to the casino floor in NYNY Vegas .I thought the dumass "f"ed him self up but he was ok after a little rest at the bottom . hhh

I would be having heart failure just going up (I seriously would not do it). Down, NFW! One casino I go to has an escalator to the second floor. I will go up, but I have a death grip on the handrail, & by the time I get to the top I'm petrified. I walk down to the hotel end of the building & take the elevator or the stairs down, then walk back to the casino end of the building. The cocktail servers have to go up & down the escalator with their drinks tray.
