View Full Version : Favorite Bonus on a slot?

After seeing a video of a bonus round on Dream Time, a slot I'd never seen, it got me thinking about all the different bonuses we experience.
I'm curious, what's your favorite bonus?

Here are my top 3:
1. Lord of the Rings (LOTR) Frodo bonus when you retrigger multiple bonuses within the Frodo bonus.

2. Cleo II is always exciting with the anticipation of the retriggers. Most retriggers I've gotten is 2, both resulting in minor handpays. Still looking for the elusive 3rd retriggers during the bonus

3. Star Trek - it's been so long, but I remember a good long stretch of time when I was obsessed with this machine and the bonuses. Was so sad when this version of Star Trek disappeared.

So, share your favorite bonuses.
Hope to be inspired to play some new machines.

Happy Slotting!

I loved that star trek game but the new one not so much. Fav. bonus would be any that the wild turns into multiplers like buffalo, willy wonka woz that give you free spins and more bonuses.

Fortune Cookie bonus with MR. Lucky!! You pick different dishes off
the menu and are given a monetary value for each dish, meanwhile Mr. Lucky is wisecracking jokes.
Love that game! There are actually 2 of them left in AC.

Super free games on the original Wonder 4, Either Firelight or Pompeii....Buffalo can suck with the having to get 3 coins to retrigger

Valhalla $1, especially when it retriggers and retriggers!
Cleo 2 for sure
And in pennies I like both versions of Timberwolf, Wicked Winnings3 and Jaguar Mist.
And who can forget Pinball, Top Dollar and Wheel of Fortune!

That one is such a fun bonus! I have not played it in over a year, but now will be on the hunt for it in May!

Haha. You can find them at Ballys Wild Wild West Casino. In the nickel variety. Good luck!

My favorite is Jolly Roger, the chances of winning the progressive are so good.. and I have hit the major many times. I have also re-triggered multiple times.. and I about jump out of my seat for joy. I also liked the reel em in Greatest Catch.. as I was able to catch all the fish twice. Last would be Grizzly - while the bonus can be frusturating if you don't catch many fish.. the multipliers can go up to 50X and it can pay off big. I won over $3500 on a $2.50 bet.

I like some of the WMS games like Mystical Unicorn, Napoleon and Josephine. Some of the older WMS games have multipliers, not that I ever hit em,lol.

I do not know why I am even posting this because it is pretty obvious, but mine is the original Zeus. I do not know why, but for years now the excitement builds up to the point that no other slot does for me. The music during the bonus is my own personal anthem. Yeah, I am sort of kind of pathetic! But it is why I love the slots!

SHOES!!! Though I have gotten a zero bonus on shoes more than once, grrr.

Too much "picking stress" for me on the dress bonus. But anything is better than that damn ring.

Still my all time favorite slot bonus is Ghastly Gold. This is a very old Konami machine that you can barely find anywhere these days. Back when they had it at Casino Royale I used to win like crazy on it. when you get the bonus, you get to pick between the Werewolf, Frankenstein, or Mummy. I've learned over time that the Werewolf bonus is the best.

Now the only place they have it is at the D's Vintage Casino upstairs, in a nickel denomination. I try to get there once a trip to play it but not sure if I'll be headed downtown at all this trip. :(

I used to really love JAZEE. If you could get the multipliers early, you could have a really exciting bonus. Since the old machines have disappeared and I only see new ones, I can't do anything on them anymore. Boo

Ooooh, love JAZEE too. My aunt played this at Hollywood Aurora a few months ago and won over $900 on a $1.25 bet. She got the max multiplier early (x10 I believe) and also retriggered! Wish I had that one on video.

One of my all-time favorites is Monopoly Jackpot Station. Sadly, this game has disappeared from most casinos. There are a few casinos in Vegas that still have it so I seek this game out when I am in Vegas.

FL Mary, I love that one too. Is that the one that plays Gap Band's Party Train during the bonus? If so, can you tell me where they still have it in Vegas?

I don't like any of the newer monopolies, but love that one.

FL Mary

Yes, it is the one that plays Party Train. When I was there last April, I found MJPS at Golden Nugget, Four Queens, Palazzo and Tropicana. If anyone knows what other casinos have this game, please let us know.

Even the dreaded CDC Wheel, Darrell? I don't mind it but I know others dread it.

One of my old favorites is the free spin bonus on Monopoly up, up and away. Those multipliers lead to great wins.

YES, especially the "Mama" bonus with the accordion music - PAY IT AGAIN!! That has to be me one of my all-time favorites, and our local Argosy removed the machine a few months ago, arrrghh.... Also like bonuses with the sticky wilds, played an old Miss Kitty the other night, had forgotten how lucrative the stickies could be!

I like the bonus on "Godfather" just to listen to the music.

I like the titan 360 wheel bonuses where the ball just bounces around and around in and out of pockets teasing you and then finally land into the red for a prize upgrade, then hitting the major or maxi after a few times spinning around too. It is a lot of fun yelling at it when it teases you and cheering it on. =)

My other favorite bonuses when I can hit them and pay well are from walking dead, D&D, and rapid revolver.

Of course, my favorite bonus is the original Sex and the City. As many times as I have played this slot I have yet to ever land on Mr. Big or see anyone else land on him. I hope if I ever land on him I am playing $6 a spin.

BorgataBabe, yes, given the hours I've logged on that game, I'm convinced Mr. Big is only there for decorative purposes!

Super Jackpot Party is fun for me, probably because Disco Inferno blares so freakin loud haha...also Betty the Yetti Steppin' Out bonus. That game hurts me more than any other game, and I usually hit the bonus after I've fed her more than I should!!

The second time I got the CDC wheel I groaned but got a bonus for around $1000 off of it! I hit the multiplier plus grenades several times and it added up quickly. My third time hitting it wasn't a great bonus but I know the potential is there!

I landed on Mr Big last year at Borgata (I think during my December trip) betting $4/spin. Was so nervous that I wouldn't pick him but I did! I think it was up around $750.
