I see this as a very good thing for AC. It will not open until next summer though.

I see this as a very good thing for AC. It will not open until next summer though.

I saw this last night, I'm excited to see what Icahn will do with the Taj, it's such a large property. It's where I used to stay and party before I really gambled.

For sure straub is dragging along. If he doesn't get it open by memorial weekend might as well just leave it closed another year.

This is good news for that end of the Boardwalk. Hard Rock is a legit hospitality company with resources and experience to make the transformation of this property that Icahn was never going to pay for happen. It's hard to not make comparisons to Straub, but don't expect heated battles with local government and speculative opening day projections. Plus, Trump must be ecstatic that his name will finally be coming down.

noleman agree abt this helping Resorts a lot. Can see margaritaville and landshark benefiting too.
