Shoe Shine Guy at Midway?

I can't find the answer online, and a call to Midway got me connected to the City of Chicago asking of I was looking for Health Insurance :ambivalence: I was about to give up when I realized my Jokers would likely have the answer.

So, is there a Shoe Shine guy at Midway airport? We will have a couple hours between flights and good old Frank could use some spiffing up!

I don't know but in the back corner of the food court there's a bar that has great food and reasonably priced
