I watched a video before about the Sterling Brunch at Bally's. I plan on going there for the Lobster tails & filet the next time that I get to Vegas : )

Just watched it, mainly for the food porn. The guys annoyed me though haha.

Sterling is only really worth it if you can eat a lot of lobster and caviar or champagne... or both! I'm looking forward to my visit next month. It's been quite a few years since my last visit.

They are all good buffets. Sterling is hard to justify since I don't eat caviar or drink champagne. Interesting to learn the popovers are now being served. They are a signature for BLT, Bally steakhouse and I like them very much.

The buffet at Fiesta Henderson was pretty dang tasty for $7.49! The Sterling Brunch at Bally's I have no desire as I am not a foodie and not paying $95.00 to serve myself (yes, they have waiters for other things you'd like to order), but hell no. lol

Thanks for posting this, Ken! I would totally do Sterling since I love the champagne they serve. Not sure I'd want to hit up the pool for the afternoon following that meal though! Probably need a nap afterwards!

I have to admit the Sterling looks tempting, and I would pay the $95 for lobster tail and champs, but I would be miserable the rest of the day. Main reason we avoid them all in Vegas. You have seen my lack of food porn. We save the eating for home. [emoji23]

Ha ha, I actually thought the guys were pretty funny! Normally dudes like that irritate me, but they had some cute moments together.

Man. I would pay $95 just for the champagne, lobster tails, and those popovers!! :faint:
The Lobster, Boursin and cognac omelette sounds heavenly too.

My brother in law was a sous chef at a blt steak in NY. So he knows all of the recipes. The Thanksgiving when he made all of the sides was a very delicious one :)

That's it! I think it's mostly the same ingredients. Both are yummy.
