Took a 10 day Canada/New England cruise on board the NCL Jade. While the entertainment and staff courtesy was 5 stars, the food was awful. Some chef on this ship has to learn that adding salt to food for better taste is acceptable, but most soups and meats were so salty, you couldn't eat them. Meanwhile, the slot casino had a nice variety of games except that there was NO non-smoking section in the casino which made it difficult to stay in there for long. First cruise in many years that did not accommodate non-smokers in any capacity. So I actually lost weight on this cruise and saved a lot of money not playing very much in this casino and you can be sure management of NCL knows about this.
