Thought this list may give you pause before your next quick meal purchase on the go.

There are also some links to a similar zero sugar diet book which I fairly closely follow. I am not familiar with these authors and have no connection or recommendation concerning their books.

Also, if you click one the 75 or 100 worst foods for you links within the article, you might find yourself with little or nothing left to eat...

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/nutrition/20-unhealthiest-fast-food-items-of-2017/ss-BBG2yXS?li=BBnb7Kz&ocid=mailsignout

I hope you have continued motivation to eat wisely with your health in mind.

The good news is that looking at most of those pictures made me nauseous, with one exception. The bad news is, as a New England girl, I cannot deny an affinity for a Dunkin pumpkin donut, or muffin for that matter. But those days are over!

Thanks hytail for joining the Healthy Jokers threads. I know we can learn from you, as you are very disciplined!

It helps when you live out in the sticks I was in Jr. high before you could even get a pizza in our town. The last time I was in the mcdonalds here Kevin was in grade school he's 27.

I don’t think that is a surprise to any of us. You had some crazy ass fried chicken taco shell Filled with scary stuff, and I knew there was nothing too absurd for you!

While there is PLENTY of room for improvement in my diet I am happy to say I have had none of these items!

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI haven't had what ever that Burger King Cheeto was. I think it's some kind of Cheeto fries. I have had regular Cheeto's. I prefer the baked not the crunchy.
