Went to Coushatta early this morning. I started with 35 in free play and work my way up on Spin it Grand. I tried the new Buffalo Max, wasn’t impressed. They do have several new machines. I love going early Sunday mornings. Can’t wait for August!

Love Coushatta! Seems like they have new machines every time I go. Which is great.

I love Coushatta and wish it wasn't so far from me. Can't wait for the M&G in August. Really wish more Jokers could make it this year, but will have a blast with the ones that make it.

Hey Folks:

I have still to make it to Coushatta but it was wonderful to see Warren Davidson (the slot manager at Coushatta) at the G2E! I am still not medically able to travel to Las Vegas -- but Slot Mole got this picture:

It's on my bucket list, Charlie. :) My only issue is the getting there. There doesn't seem to be any "convenient" way to do it. We may have to time a road trip to include it around M&G time.

yeah ..dont know where you would be coming from but thats the usual complaint ... but warren has a shuttle go to Houston Hobby and pick up folks so that kinda helps .

We would be coming from Northeast PA, so for us to fly out of our local airport, we would literally be travelling all day. Even if we drove to Newark or Philly, by the time you factor in that drive time plus flight time plus shuttle time, again it's really an all-day thing. The only way I can see it making any sense is, like I said, if we do a road trip (and we want to do those starting in the near future), we would just include it in our itinerary and time it to be there for a M&G. One of these days, we'll make it happen.

I dont know what it is about the part of the country ..weve been talking about going to A/C for years now and for us there really isnt a good way to go other than driving . ..so anyways hope y'all can make it one day you will have a great time .

We understand the issue about driving or flying. One day we will do Coushatta, but it will be driving and working in a trip that will include other stuff besides Coushatta. Just not sure what else we want to do. Also from May through October like to stay in Ohio for most part to enjoy the house and good weather.

That shuttle is a 3 hour ride from Houston hobby to coushatta. Nice of Warren to provide the ride. It’s a long way to casino

It's not easy to get here that's for sure! When I fly anywhere it is usually an all day thing. We didn't do a shuttle this year for the M&G since we didn't have anybody flying in but we'd likely be able to in the future if we had at least 4 or 5 people coming in.

For people considering making a trip out here, I often suggest flying into/out of New Orleans and making the side trip here. N.O. is a fun city!

My sister-in-law and I went and she played 3 card poker blind for 17 hours. We never went to the room and then I drove back to Houston the next morning $1500 richer on a $5 bet. Like I said what a night!

When I lived in Houston it was only a $78 round trip to NOLA. I know the city well and love Café du Mode

Harrah's in Biloxi is really small but the staff are really nice and the rooms were clean. Also I love Steak & Shake right in the casino.

I agree I wish they ran more junkets down there
