I was wondering if anyone else who plays at Borgata and was already Gold for the next year received the below email from Borgata around the 2nd week in August?

Between the M&G and another stay before the end of September I earned a little more than 11,000 tier and as of now all that has appeared in my account online is 269 tier credits!

Of course when I emailed Borgata I was told I had to speak with someone in person and we don’t plan to be back in AC until early November. I was just curious if anyone earned tier during this time period and if you think the correct amount of tier has been applied to your account?

BorgataBabe, I got the rollover offer both last year and this year. The offer is from MLife, rather than the Borgata specifically. Last year, it took a couple of weeks to get the tier credits into my account, and I expect the same this year. The offer came from mlife@ee.mgmresorts.com, and according to the auto card you can call 1-800-270-7117.

Please let me know if you get any information from the Borgata.

We have been monitoring this since the end of September. Last week, one day all of our holiday shopping points were gone. Good thing I had taken a screen shot of them the day before (I've been through this before with them). So they put them back in. We were waiting to hear if we were NOIR again. We had to call MLIFE for something on our upcoming reservation and they told us we were NOIR for 2020. I still don't believe them. I'll wait until and/if we are ever notified officially. Never believe it unless you see it in writing.

Has anyone had the correct amount of tier credits applied to their MLife account yet? I did have tier credits added but no where near what I should have from my play in late August & September. Now I have to wait until I go to Borgata again in Nov. to talk to a host.

I would hope yours were updated with your level and you also have a host. I ended the year at 160,000 tier credits and I would not have played as much as I did at the AC M&G and in Sept. if my tier credits weren’t going to roll over. It’s not like I was trying to get to Platinum. It’s just frustrating. Thanks for the update.

Our account is showing Platinum, but zero tier credits. I was under the impression also that we would earn some rollover tiers for this year from our trip last month. Maybe I was mistaken?

I’m looking to scale back on my casino trips this upcoming year and want to maintain Gold but don’t expect to earn what I have in the past so the 11,000 tier I earned during those 2 trips do make a difference to me.

Hopefully my tier credits will be there by the end of the month and I won’t have to deal with someone at the MLife desk in November.

We did an Aria and Bellagio trip back to back. We were trying to prove to them "we were worthy" since twice this past year we had to leave Vegas early because of issues back home. Still not happy with our new host, but we are going to see how it goes since we made NOIR again.

You had to play from 8/18 through the end of September. Did you gamble with MLife during that time?

Hmm, I can’t imagine you wouldn’t receive the same offer, you’re a higher tier than me. If you have an MLife host you should call them.

Definitely contact them. I’m pretty sure the offer was system wide. You should have something by now.

Hmm I didn’t get any either and I played some during the M&G trip and my September trip. Not a crazy amount but definitely went both times and played.

They had two different promotions -- 3X tier credits or rollover credits. It seemed that if you were under your previous tier level, you got the 3X tier credits, but if you were really close or over, you got the rollover credits. I don't think you could get both promotions.

I don't think you could get both promotions.That would explain it because we got 3x on our Labor Day trip. But we were only like 30k tier credits from renewing Platinum going In to the trip. And since offers are off of play, not tier level, I am not pressed. We have always hit Platinum. Thanks for clearing that up, Emna!

This definitely explains it. I was so confused as to what you guys were talking about. I got 3x TC but no rollover. Okay, all good now.
