Did you know that several popular hotel loyalty programs have reciprocal relationships with comp programs in Las Vegas? MLife and Hyatt have a relationship, CET and Starwood are matched, and Cosmopolitan and Marriott are intertwined.
In this thread I'll focus on the relationship with Hyatt and MLife.
Here are how the tiers match up:

If you have status with Hyatt then it's just a simple click to get the corresponding MLife match. As we know, sometimes the MLife tiers don't really mean much in Vegas stays, but I am Hyatt Platinum and got matched to MLife Gold, and it is nice just for the 20% increase in earning points and express comps. Last year my husband was Hyatt Diamond and got matched to Platinum with MLife, and it was nice for our stay in October to have the priority taxi/valet lines, 30% earning bonus, etc.
Also, Hyatt Platinum status is granted instantly with the acquisition of the Hyatt credit card. (you also earn two free nights with the Hyatt card, which CAN be used at properties in Vegas, although that is not the best value for them). So, you can get the credit card, be instantly Platinum with Hyatt and then and then use that status to leverage Gold status with MLife!
If you're an MLife member that wants to match to Hyatt, click here:
