I got 250 this morning. I’ve noticed that if you not only go out of the app but go into another app then go back into the app, you don’t have to reinstall. At Least, that’s how it’s been for me the last couple of days.

Ha ha! Funny thing is, Im not really a “phone” person but I had to do an iphone update yesterday and my Caesars app popped up with 35 messages! I started going through them and saw the mystery tier thing.

I am, keep getting a login error. I did get in once and it didn’t show up. Uninstalled the app and that’s where I am stuck.

Yes I did too. But like you said their website and phone app are both down. I did the same as CPT, uninstall and reinstall but can't sign in.

So I finally got in but there are "no offers available at this time". NONE! not even all the ones that were there earlier before I uninstalled and reinstalled. So it's not fixed yet.

OK update, now all my offers are there except the one for the Bonus TC's!

So I can get in, over and over again, but the offer isn't there. All of my other offers are now there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 3 times, no offer. But I did get the email so I know it should be there. Hopefully someone will get in and see the offer. Please share if you do. Thanks

Same here. I was given the points. I received this email. I hope the screw up again a few more times.
