Well.. I now have a signed contract on my house (again). Inspection is Friday and closing scheduled for July 10th. Fingers crossed all goes well and I can focus on my new beautiful place and memories, and move forward. 3+ years after the shit hit the fan with Keith.. and I am ready to let it all be in the past!
