The next owner will be Black Rock and it will be turned into low income housing for all the migrants crossing the border.

An investing group I am a member was to have a meeting at the Fountainebleau in early 2010. Promises were made to us regarding completion and availability of rooms and other requirements for a 100 person type meeting. In the end we scrambled and found space at Ballys.
