Yeah this one that pays you double for 2 pair unlike DDB. It seems like from my recent practice play I get a lot more play time from regular Bonus Poker opposed to Double Double. Sure the elusive 4OAK doesn't pay the same, but there is still a decent prize and getting paid double for 2 pair seems to make a huge difference in play. What are your thoughts?

That and JOB are the ones that you can play forever. I only play DDB when feeling cocky or chasing a progressive. Preserve the BR!! Also have gotten a lot more Royals on JOB. Dance with the one who brought you!

I like it! I did run through $20 on Bonus yesterday on Hollywood Online. Played for a good 30 minutes and it eventually went south, but I look at how fast $20 goes on a slot and still had fun. Then they must have known I was in danger and gave me $50 in which I flipped and got my $20 back. I see lots of drunken bartop poker in my future..haha

I like Bonus Poker either if I'm low on bankroll and want to make it last, or if I'm going to play a higher denomination than I'm used to. It's also better when playing multi-hand type games. Plus vs JOB at least getting 4 aces is still something decent vs getting that on JOB thinking why didn't I play double double or something...

CPT Here you go Ken. A good site for learning how to play various forms of video poker. One thing I've noticed about poker at the bar is that the pay tables are worse than at the casino floor as a rule. Got this site from SMR years ago.

That trainer is kind of neat......I always say I am going to play more VP but never do....maybe this weekend I will try some.

Also watch pay table based on denomination. The Game King poker machines are 7/5 in the 25 and 50 cent version, but either 9/5 or 8/6 in the $1 version. I think 6/5 at the bar, but trouble remembering. JOB is what we play.
