Hello Rob/All, Work has been brutal the last 3 weeks. I don't even put on my laptop on when I get home most of the time. This is our heavy funding raising season so it is one event after another. I am SO READY!

Yes I miss Jester Pete too. He went on oxygen about the same time my husband did. I was hoping that as he became adjusted to his condition he would start to get out. I know he posted once that he went into a depression at the time but was starting to work it out. Since that time about 3 years ago Hubby and I have traveled the U.S. by car using his portable concentrator. Life still does go on. I hope he is well.

Jester Pete was one of the reasons I joined the forum and while I don't post much I do enjoy everyone's posts.

WOW! what a dreamy lifestyle I missed. I married a regular old non farmer, what the hell? Getting up when the rooster crows, hanging laundry on the line, cooking from scratch, gardening, canning, feeding the animals, getting my farmer his supper and a cold beer when he gets in. Thanks ladies for the concern! I am more just lurking right now when I get a chance. I took a look at the choices I've been making the last year and was not entirely happy with all of them. Most of them yes, but not all. I've been taking a break from posting and even gambling to focus on getting a job. It's been rather difficult but I'm not giving up! As of right now, I won't be posting anywhere near as much as I used to. I do appreciate you both reaching out and caring about my well being! It means a lot. I hope all is well with you two!!! as well as all the other Jokers!

Thank you, she is coming out of rehab tomorrow with the prosthetic leg (they trained her on how to use it), it's been 2 weeks so at least she will have Easter at home :)

Actually the older two male cats are keeping us too busy watching them. There are quite a few male cats hanging around outslde and the oldest males think they have to mark their territory (spraying way too much) and that includes inside the house. Every time we let them in we have to follow them around everywhere and watch to make sure they don't spray.

It is getting warm now so the past week - we have been putting the cat door in at night and leaving them outside on the enclosed porch with plenty of food and water. They don't like it.
