So excited, Derek!!!
My 10 night on the Constellation allegedly earned me a Sky suite, even on newer ships so we are chomping at the bit to get something booked. I’m loving Celebrity!

There was entertainment on the train. Also did a snorkel tour on Tortola if I Remember. Just looked it up we were on Celebrity Millinmium .You'll have a great time.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230119/993969625e654dafdf2eebaed49777e3.jpg

When we cruised the Caribbean we always left from San Juan so would stay 2 days before. There are 3 different forts that are interesting. You'll dock by Old San Juan. The town itself is interesting to walk around. But we did enjoy walking around Puerta De San Juan. It's part of the walled city with the big red entry gate. Castillo San Felipe del Morro is a hike up the hill. On the weekends families gather and spend the day flying kites in front of the citadel. We truly enjoyed our stays in Old San Juan. Also there are a few old beautiful churches. I also love the blue brick streets.

Thanks for your post. It made me look up our pictures from that cruise. I can never post pics from pc only from phone otherwise I share a few. Great things to see! Can't wait for your TR!

We have used these on many cruises with no issues

But I like the shampoo bottle version too

We usually just buy the unlimited soda package on the boat for our mixer

drinks free in casino via urcomp as well so yet another reason to not get a drink package will just pay if want one of those fancy pool drinks and then then drink own booze at night prob end up sneaking too much booze on to be honest lol

We are cruising the same week on NCL Prima! That sucks the drink package is so expensive, hopefully the food makes up for it! When in San Juan, we usually just walk to the fort and then find a good place for lunch. Everything is so close to the pier. We also visited Tortola once, and we did an amazing Lobster lunch and snorkel where they grilled the lobster on the beach. Hope you have an amazing cruise and great weather!

We just booked an 8 night cruise over Memorial Day out of Fort Lauderdale on the Equinox! My last cruise got us a sky suite, however they were all sold out but I could use that 9k towards a “celebrity suite”! I owe around 3k but that covers all taxes, tips and we also get $800 onboard credit! We are super excited!! This 8 night itinerary will only cost 4 days off from work since it’s over Memorial Day! I just got off the Celebrity Apex this past weekend! We completed the same itinerary as you are. They have a great 100% non smoking casino with a great variety of games for a cruise ship. Their host ("Harry") and there slot floor staff are personable and a great team. They have Crazy Money 1, Crazy Money 2, and Stupid Money which were paying out very well. Let me know if you have any questions.

I loooove that the casino is non smoking!! We had a wonderful time on our recent holiday cruise aboard the Constellation, which lead to this fabulous comp. I’m excited as it seems the Equinox casino is a bit larger (based on a quick YouTube glance). I’m glad you had a fabulous cruise :)

Yup! Just those 3 and 4 full at sea days! I love at sea days. This entire cruise is showing as sold out, other than retreat. We are super lucky they thought so highly of me on the last one.

Well I played tables and slots about 50/50
I was bored with their slot selection but I made sapphire and did like 130k points. My Theo was 20k and average daily worth 2k
Trip profit was 6k
I was super lucky! I saw a lot of people winning in the casino!

I’m also excited to see how much free play I get. It says in the terms and conditions that you get the greater of 10% of your last gaming activity or $500. This is my 7th crusie and I’ve never had free play (first 5 cruises were on ncl). If Theo is the same thing as gaming activity I’d have 2k. They say the host will tell you onboard and the blue chip club has no idea.

Main dining was a little confusing and frustrating at first. That's because the app reservation system does not let you book a preferred select dining time more then two days in advance. Your best off with fixed time dining since its less of a hassle and every restaurant can now offer every menu. Regardless, everyone got into the the dining room they wanted on our cruise as there were only 2200 passengers on the ship so it was about 1/3 less then maximum. We liked the porthole balcony better then the combo with window but each person has their own preference. Terminal 25 is new and beautiful. The only caveat is that on disembarkation there was a long wait for uber/lyft if you do not take a taxi. When we got off around 7:40am, it was 30min-1 hour wait for an uber/lyft as there are thousands on many ship getting off the ship at the same time. The tradeoff is it only cost us $45 plus tip from the Ft Lauderdale port to Miami International instead of well over $100 in a taxi, but give yourself time. The ship was incredible with lots of activities, good food, BEST buffet lunch each day, great/modern gym.

We have been on 15 Celebrity ships and this was one of the best cruises we have had. The staterooms are amazing and all of "mini-suite" quality. Of course having 1/3 fewer then maximum capacity helped a little. Don't miss the "Tree of Life" stage production which is one of the best productions shows we have ever seen for a cruise ship.
