What’s up with Coushatta free play offers? I was getting $110 weekly on my mailers. For December, it went down to $10 each week. Same for my Mom, sister and SIL. It looks like they changed their algorithm for calculating free play. It’s no longer worth the drive over to Louisiana, so I guess I’ll just go to Biloxi.

Good to know Mary . we have a few days booked there around the 19th of December . I don't remember seeing any flyers as to how much we have coming in FP . but I did have to call and find out what day the FP starts on in December so we could plan our visit better . hope they don't reduce the amount's to much . right now we have to pay over a 100.00 in fuel (not to mention time 6+ hrs each way) going over to Kinder and back . Biloxi will start to look real good at some point if they reduce it to much . we pay basically net nothing to fly there and back on the Beau express . now granted we pay once we get there but that's easy enough to control . I remember us talking to Warren about a year or so back and told him that were gonna go with who ever shows us the love the most and it felt like to us that Coushatta wasn't stepping up like they used to in the past . but that said It is a business and they got to do what's good for them . Ill let yall know what we get after we get there on the 19th .

I visited three times this year and so I was definitely shocked to see that much of a decrease. I was told offers are computer generated using an algorithm that evaluates your play. My husband and sister who didn’t go to the August meet pretty much kept the same free play. Coushatta is one of my favorite casinos but definitely a little too far to drive for $10 in free play.

Its sad to see a place like Coushatta change like this after being so good to us in the past . Perhaps Warren can pipe in on what changes are being made in the system and Why .

Just chiming in here - we get almost nothing in freeplay from our local Indian casino. They have more than enough patrons that they don’t need to offer any freeplay to fill the place. Never been to Coushatta, so don’t know how “busy” the place is, but possibly same scenario? They have enough patrons even without offering freeplay offers, so why give them any. Or they are going to come here either way, so why should we give them anything.

Same with our local and it’s not an NA casino

Hi Mary, sorry to hear about this. I've sent a request to Marketing to see what happened and I'll let you know what I find out.

Hi Debbie, looking into this now. Hopefully I'll hear something back today or tomorrow.

Mary & Debbie, I received confirmation that this was a mistake, some sort of glitch. Your offers have been restored to the previous amounts and they are looking into what went wrong in the first place. If you are planning a trip out here let me know and we can double check to make sure everything is good to go.

Regards,
Warren D.
