Does anybody know if certain casino chains share their player's gambling history with their competitors?

I have never played or even stopped in WinStar Casino in Oklahoma and now I am getting offers for free play free food and free rooms.

How would they even know if that might interest me unless another casino that I've already played at shared that information with them.

Is this common practice?

They could have found you thru your computer browsing history or “cookies”.
Are you going to go check it out? Is the “biggest casino in the world”

I have heard of it happening but not sure how widespread it is. I would think only someone with no presence in the "Area" would Like Venition or Wynn but its possible CET or Mlife would for the right price. They may also own or have an interest in a casino you have been to. If you ever used a Charter company they may also sell info, not sure on that.

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkBelieve it or not Michelle, WinStar Casino in Oklahoma is the exact same distance from our house that the Horseshoe Casino in Lake Charles Louisiana is.... Exactly 351 miles away and exactly 5 hours and 30 minutes away.

Am I going to check it out you ask, the answer is no.
If they were a chain like CET or MGM where gambling there would get me free airfare and other great perks then it would be different answer.[emoji857]

I have heard of this type of Information sharing . but not necessarily in the area of casinos and there customers what i mean to say is . I worked for a guy in the next town over that manufactured product labels . the owner of that company was able to purchase a book that had all the businesses in the U S that used that product and who was suppling the labels at the time of them acquiring that said information . so I'm sure that same thing is happen with casinos . its more than likely a third party that collates that 411 and sells it to competitors . im thinking maybe a credit card company or some thing along that line . that could track your purchases and use that info to figure out where and what you like to do . much like the info bots do on line to send your computer stuff you may want to buy JUST because you looked at it 20 minutes ago . .

We did stop at a smaller Casino off of I-35 in Oklahoma on our way to Texas and spent the night there to break up the trip.
