Make sure she registers for the promotion. I got 100 TC for email and 100 TC for mobile ap. You also get for having the VISA.

May take a day or 2. I registered on 7/3 and just noticed today - 3 days later, that I had the TC’s

You can log into the Caesars website, go to "My Account," scroll to the bottom and click on Quest for Rewards. You can join there. It says it can take up to 10 days for the tier to show. Mine showed in a day or two. I do think it's easier to join on the app tho.
