Advice on a new casino host - Palazzo

I hope I picked the right forum. I just got my casino host switched at the Palazzo. I have been assigned Robert Hopcus. Does anyone know him? Is he nice, personable? Thanks.

I don't know Robert Hopcus. I have had the same host at Palazzo for 3 years now and he takes good care of me. I think you will know once you book a stay with him and see how it goes.. Are you Grazie Gold? How many points do you rack up during a 3 night stay?

Sorry, have never met your host. Did you request a change or did your past host quit and you automatically got assigned a new one? BTW, welcome to Jokers!
