States, Cities, Counties, they're all hurting for money. If MGM bribes the right politicians then they will "build it and they will come" (Atlanta is a big airline traffic hub).

Not so sure. We did have a no binding vote like 2012 on casino gambling and it passed. The problem is ga lottery will fight cuz they lose money that's why vlt machines were once introduced by a developer.
